Climate and Housing Justice: Improving Transit Without Displacement

How can LA (and cities across the nation) transition to a transit-oriented city without contributing to gentrification and displacement? Join the Climate Justice Committee and the Housing and Homelessness Committee to discuss how to support mass transit that is accessible to the people who need it without deepening the housing crisis and pushing people away from transit. We will also be hearing from Cynthia Strathmann from SAJE LA about how to support both housing justice and transit development in LA.

A note about the location: We are inĀ ACA 2605, located in the Administration and Career Advancement Building, which is closest to parking lots off of Fulton. We recommend Parking Lot A, which is closest to the meeting location.

Here's a link to a map of the campus:

ACA 2605 is on the second floor of the Administration Building.

Just a reminder that parking is $2 and requires exact change in most parking lots.
